Cheques should be made out to Newick RFC for the total value of tickets requested OR you can leave the amount blank and write “maximum £…” under the payment box.

Subs for the 2011-12 season (Standard Membership £25) must be included if not already paid.

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS IS

SUNDAY 9 OCTOBER

Any applications received after that date will go on a standby list.

We should know our allocation in late October. We are only likely to get 2 tickets at £65 and 2 at £56 for each game, so please indicate if you are prepared to pay £80 if necessary.

Newick are normally allocated two tickets for each away game and a ballot for the two tickets will be held if more than one member applies. To apply tick the form - no need to send money yet but subs must be paid with application.
